Your documents never leave your iPhone.

Passports, licences, insurance, contracts, receipts — filed, searchable and yours alone. No account, no server, nothing uploaded. And you're told in good time before anything expires.

The DocBindr home screen listing two documents that need attention, with their expiry dates.

Everything that matters, somewhere you control.

The documents you'd hate to lose shouldn't be scattered across a camera roll, an inbox and three cloud drives. DocBindr gathers them into one place on your phone — and keeps them there.

  • It files itself Scan with the camera or import a PDF. DocBindr reads the page, suggests a category, and picks up the expiry date it finds.
  • It warns you in good time Reminders arrive 30, 7 and 1 days ahead by default, or whichever you choose. They're free for everyone.
  • It never leaves your phone No account, no server, and nothing in the app tracks you. Every document and every scan stays on the device.
Expiry reminders

Told before it lapses, not after.

Set an expiry date once and DocBindr schedules the reminders. Pick the lead times that suit you — 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 or 1 day — and tapping the notification opens the document itself.

PDF forms

Fill the form on your phone.

DocBindr fills real PDF forms, including the boxed comb fields on bank and government paperwork that most apps skip — it measures the boxes and lays a letter in each one. Save a filled copy and share it.

A bank corporate card application open in DocBindr with a name typed one letter per box across its comb fields.
Reimbursements

A claim your finance team accepts.

Photograph a receipt and DocBindr reads the amount and date on device. Mark what's been paid, then export the month as a tidy A4 PDF with a thumbnail of every receipt beside its figure.

An exported A4 reimbursement report listing receipts with dates, amounts and claim status, totalled at the top.

Local-first, and we mean it.

The app has no server. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing syncs anywhere, and nothing in it reports what you do. Text recognition runs on the device using Apple's Vision framework, so the words on your documents are never sent for processing. This website counts visits with a cookieless analytics service — that is the only measurement anywhere, and it never touches your documents.
